Immigrant CIS (CIS) (immigrantcis.com) commits itself to adherence with the principles of the GDPR in regards to protecting your data under our storage.

Immigrant CIS has a right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. This right shall not be limited and shall be at the company’s sole discretion. When this Privacy Policy is updated, Immigrant CIS will post any updated Privacy Policy on this website. All updates made to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the date that they are posted by our company. When any changes made that are related to our company’s use of your personal information Immigrant CIS will seek to ensure that are in accordance with the requirements of the relevant laws.

Immigrant CIS agrees only that it will not intentionally delete any Customer Data from any Service prior to termination of the Customer’s applicable Subscription Term. RCICs, lawyers, immigration consultants, business consultants and additional third parties in order to facilitate the process of obtaining an immigration visa;

Third parties providing services or supplies that help our company to provide you with the services requested (for example, accountants, IT services, legal advisers, payment processing services, etc.);

Government officials as required in order to satisfy legal requirements;

Any third parties who are our company’s business partners in providing additional services if you indicate an interest in such services.

7. Personal Data Used for Marketing

Immigrant CIS considers the needs and personal preferences of its customers with a goal of providing them with information and products to enhance the experience. Immigrant CIS analyses their personal information so that we can make the client offers that you may find personally relevant. To the extent that you agree to be sent marketing offers from Immigrant CIS , our company can refine its offers made to you by using the conclusions drawn from these analyses of your data.

8. Length of Time we Retain Your Personal Information

We are dealing with governmental programs, for which the requirements change from time to time, your details will be saved in our systems using advanced security encryption for as long as necessary in order for our company to provide you with our services unless otherwise instructed by you in writing in accordance with the GDPR regulations. In general, after a 5 year period information is reviewed and either stored longer if required, or deleted.
