Immigration FAQ

1. Who can immigrate to Canada?

While Canada is open to immigrants and is famous for its loyal policies, there are some basic requirements every immigrant should meet. For example, people with criminal records or heavy medical conditions are not admissible and do not qualify for immigration to Canada. To get a more detailed answer specifically for your case, you will need to do an eligibility assessment with our RCIC. We will evaluate your background, your skills and experiences and confirm if your profile matches the immigration requirements.

2. Why do I need your services?

Our consultancy services are designed to help you navigate in the immigration process and make it easier for you. You are not required to hire a consultant, but many immigrants find it very helpful to have professional assistance during such an important life step. Consultants will check all of your documents, make sure you submit your application correctly and avoid any mistakes that might put your immigration at risk.

3. Are you part of the government?

No, we are an independent non-government organization, providing immigration consultancy services. We are in no way affiliated with the Canadian government, embassies, consulate or any other official institution. We follow all directives of the above mentioned institutions and align all our processes to the current immigration laws.

4. Do you give 100% guarantees?

No immigration agency can give 100% guarantees. The final decision is always taken by the Canadian government. On our side, we do guarantee that our immigration consultants will do their best to ensure the quality of your application and provide you with all necessary guidance that you need in the immigration process.

5. Are you a legitimate immigration agency?

We are a registered immigration agency that works with authorised regulated canadian immigration consultants (RCICs). All of our staff members are professional and highly skilled in the matter of canadian immigration.
